What was day-to-day like? Maybe just the last 10 years, like this era of data centers that I really think about, the last 10 years, maybe even if it's before COVID and after COVID, what was the day-to-day like of just going in the office, doing your job, helping your constituents, helping the businesses that want to come to your community? What was that like and how has it sort of changed over the last decade?

Yeah, I mean, the first 28 years of my career, I was in the front office of local government.

And then I went to the Henrico Economic Development Authority in 2019.

I'd done economic development throughout my career, but to be able to do it full time was just an amazing experience.

And, you know, any job when you can work with other people's land and other people's money is always a good opportunity.

And it was a lot of fun in helping people people to live out their vision, whether it's a small business on up to a multinational corporation like QTS and others and everyone in between.

I mean, I remember in the depths of the pandemic, we were working with restaurants and I was working with a woman that was teaching kids how to swim.

What do you think makes a town glad that it welcomed in a data center or maybe the inverse of that? Sorry, it did.
