So for yourself, was there any particular, you know, academic discipline that kind of, you know, that informs your writing or, you know, or kind of put you in that

area? I didn't go to college.

So I did go to college maybe many years ago, a year and a half at Southern A&M in Baton Rouge.

And I always wanted to be a history teacher.

So I had a high school teacher when I was in high school in Chicago.

It was all about black history, know who you are.

And so he instilled that in us as a kid, like at 16, 17, like, hey, this is who we are, who we come from.
