Mm-hmm.
3:20
I think what AI now allows us to do is to take that to the next level, and I'll give you a couple examples where we're using, we're now using AI tools.
3:29
So if I go to, uh, on the customer side, uh, you're probably aware we've launched, uh, these agentic commerce tools on the Bunnings website called Buddy.
3:38
So there's a AI shopping assistant, if you like, called Buddy on Bunnings.
3:43
We've got Ollie on Officeworks, uh, and we've got Joy on Kmart.
3:47
Now, those tools were the first to launch in Australia, and what we're seeing with those tools is as a customer's interacting through those tools, we're seeing a two to three times uplift in conversion to sale.
4:02
Similarly, it's resulting in higher, uh, transaction value, so people are effectively buying more when they're using these tools.
5:50
I- if they're not going away, really h- I suppose, how much more productivity can you kind of realistically squeeze out of the businesses without having to then pass some of that burden on to consumers, or are you really focused on Zeroing in on those supply chains and amping up, uh, the AI component, is that just the beginning of that growth story?
3:03
Where does AI fit into that equation?
3:06
So there's a whole bunch of areas.
3:08
And I would probably incorrect to just talk about AI on its own because I think this driving productivity efficiency through digitization of processes has started a long time ago.
3:20
I think what AI now allows us to do is to take that to the next level.
3:24
And I'll give you a couple examples where we're now using AI tools.
3:29
So if I go to on the customer side, You're probably aware we've launched these Argentic Commerce tools on the Bunnings website called Buddy.
3:38
So there's a AI shopping assistant, if you like, called Buddy on Bunnings.

When consumers are under these cost of living pressures, does ANCO actually become more valuable to Wesfarmers when these household budgets are under pressure?
