right but it's so funny how we kind of skirt around this is going oh well could it be that oh it could be but It's, you know, I don't know how we've become this disconnected from the physical and the emotional and how they play out.

Anthea ToddGUEST
And I think it's also, it comes back to when you're so disconnected from the physical and emotional that come out, how disconnected are you from your intuition? Yeah.

Anthea ToddGUEST
So I can sort of explain it in a neurological standpoint because that seems more legit, right? Because emotions are legit.

Anthea ToddGUEST

which is like what a lot of people do in marketing this thing's going to fix everything but like that's rarely the case with anything so i think some people can get caught up and I'll explain this in a bit of an analogy and I've used this before but it's how your brain works there's a lot of different components of your brain people listening might be experts in the brain or might have heard things like the amygdala or the limbic system or the cerebellum or the frontal lobe what you can think of them is in three hubs And it's called the triple brain network.

Anthea ToddGUEST
A lot of like Huberman and like on different podcasts, you might've heard people talk about it now.

Anthea ToddGUEST
But basically there's three main hubs of the brain and different components are hubbed into each of those three.

Anthea ToddGUEST
The technical term is called the salience network and it's responsible for what am I detecting inside the body that's important and what am I detecting outside the body that's important.

What was the biggest contributor? Was it because you had less capacity or you were juggling all the things? Was it visibility? Was it all of it?
