And so we have lots of examples, even in our industry, in our sector, where standards hold a really important role.

So for me, an example would be building information management, BIM.

Right information at the right time, in the right form, to the right people.

And we standardized that, and we did it as voluntary standards working with the relevant government departments, our industry.

So we developed both national and ultimately fed into the development of international standards on BIM.
