So now that you've learned from all of those different aspects, what do you feel like that's helped and/or challenges you've been able to overcome earlier than any other realtor starting in sales?

I think that starting out here was really helpful.

A thought that people have when they get into real estate is that it's super competitive, and that you're all working to get the same client or you're competing with everyone inside of your office.

Where that might be true with other brokerages, I'm not sure, because I've never been a part of one, but I don't think that's necessarily true in 360.

And I saw that come to fruition when I started my real estate journey because of having a relationship with most of the realtors here.

I got a lot of, you know, calls of, "Can you help me with this?" Or, "I can't take this client.

Can you take them?" So I found that super helpful, you know, for my career starting out.
