know, getting to know yourself, know thyself, like can actually lead to making a greater self gift.

Yeah, sure.

So in coaching practice, and this is, you know, a lot of it's from the Human Formation Coalition, a really great group of coaches.

So I've learned a lot of the language from them.

But, you know, we start with, you know, what, not just who do I want to be, right? Who am I becoming is a question that I often look at, but who am I? Who am I fundamentally? How am I knit together? And even why now? Yeah.

right here right now at this time in history why me and who who am I and so we we look at this the story of who we are and you know as a coach we don't get into there's a distinction you know between coaching and counseling and so we don't look at we don't diagnose or you know look at the past so much we look at the past enough to look at the future right to set a path forward and But, you know, there are assessments that you can take, like CliftonStrengthsFinders, Pat Lencioni's Working Genius, the DISC assessment.
