You have to just think of for yourself.

But I think even staying on land or, or without going, uh, you know, without doing anything crazy like that, I think we have to stop and pause and think, like, "Who am I?" And because everything, it always changes and life evolves.

And even we're back on land, it's been eight years now, and every year I sit down and I write, "Who am I becoming? And what are my values today?" 'Cause they change, they evolve, right?
