yeah well it starts from the fact that I was a primary teacher for over 30 years I'm not now I'm retired but over 30 years and for four of those years I was also a head teacher And obviously in senior leadership positions.

But even as a, you know, just I think just a class teacher, there's always difficult conversations to be had, not only with the children to a certain extent, but with other colleagues and senior management that you work with.

But also probably the most significant are the ones that you have to have with parents.

They're the difficult ones.

And in fact, my mum was a teacher and she used to say, I remember her saying when I was quite young, you know, if people are having troubles at home, often relationship troubles, that will come into school and they'll come into school and make a fuss about something because they want to be heard.
