You know, I, I saw the, the term fractional kind of evolving within the business world, and at the time I thought it was kinda novel appli- applying it to the non-profit space.

Um, thinking, you know, this is exactly what n- a non-profit leader can use is just a, this, you know, embedded co-practitioner partner to be strategic but also be operational and roll up your sleeves and, and make some of the changes happen alongside the leadership, um, that they just wouldn't have time for.

But once they're there, then the team can kind of absorb and, and explode in a good way with productivity.
