So how do you engage with them and win their trust in the first place? And how do you protect that as well?

I think for me, to be the best producer and also the best director, it's very complicated and complex, but it's also very simple as well.

I think the very first thing is to care deeply.

You can't fake caring deeply.

You must care deeply.

And if you care deeply... that deeply, as deeply as humanly possible about your project, and then therefore the people in your project, I find that to be the guiding light.

Then you're going to do the right thing.
