Yeah.

So for us, I think, uh, an important part of the build-out has been, you know, i- if we're talking just practicalities, the project management and development within each area, um, so we can all see what's happening in all of those spaces and start to get our heads and hands around that.

Um, so everybody, each of those areas has built out their own project management space, and everybody has access to see everybody else's, so we can see where are the spaces where we have alignments and synergies that we can go after together, um, and do that without stepping on each other's toes but in a collaborative sort of way in parallel.

Um, and then we have a monthly roll-up meeting where we can discuss updates, find connections, and take those steps back and up that are so necessary to see the big picture before making decisions.

So with all these areas, we are working toward creating those embeddable resources that can be accessed by students, faculty, and staff to support students receiving the right information at the right time.

Um, we spent a significant amount of time early on building out our college's learning outcomes that are important to us, um, and we have now mapped those to the four university pillars developed by our central career success team.

And Jessie already talked about our amazing data analyst who we were fortunate to hire.
