Anne, can you start by sharing a little about yourself and what led you into the field of culinary medicine?

Yes, and thank you for having me.

My story goes back 30 years actually.

I was a new mother with a one and two-year-old.

I was living in New York City, and I became mysteriously ill.

At the time, you have to go back in time 30 years ago, there was not a lot of conversation about integrative or alternative health, so I went a very Western route and no one could find anything wrong with me.

Tests in every direction, and no matter what I ate, I was ill.
