So yeah, share a little bit more about your background, and what really inspired you to go deep on helping leaders and managers navigate change?

Anne-Marie BarlowGUEST
I spent most of my career up until about five years ago working in local government, and at the time I was a housing benefits officer.

Anne-Marie BarlowGUEST
So I'd worked in various kind of customer service type roles, and I was processing people's housing and council tax benefits.

Anne-Marie BarlowGUEST
And the team that I was working in, they'd become part of like a bigger f- area-wide service, and then we had two councils that had merged, and I'd just been through quite a lot of change at work.

Anne-Marie BarlowGUEST
And to be honest, I felt like the changes weren't to our benefit as employees, and I was probably quite disengaged, if I'm honest.

What advice would you give to any managers listening to this to help them try and stay ahead of the curve?
