What made you decide, I'm going to do this once? And then what happened for you when you said, that's not nearly enough?

Yeah.

For me, it was kind of an interesting journey.

Probably in my mid-40s, I was just kind of a crossroads, I should say.

I had come out of a not-so-healthy relationship.

Work was kind of ho-hum.

I was doing really well in my career, but I'd been there for years.

But what led you to pursue education and integrative and functional nutrition from that step?
