So how did the mental breakdown come about? You worked in HR, is that right?

So not only did I work in HR, I actually had my own consultancy that I started in the middle of the last recession, and I actually built that business up for 10 years, and I, I've had seven staff.

We had fantastic client base.

And I think I got to the stage where for the business to grow further, I needed to either bring somebody else in at my level, or I had to kind of decide was it time for me to, to step back and to allow something else.

Well, as, as it happened, um, a global company purchased my business, and that was in 2018.

And then obviously part of that was that you have to stay on for three years, I think the agreement was.

But then of course COVID came, and it was life-changing for everybody.
