And how did you feel like the audience reacted? I'm sure many people and many women especially felt seen with regards to the topic of menopause and perimenopause.

They loved it because I did a lot of research.

And what happened when I started researching menopause was I just went into shock for a few months and realized all that I didn't know.

And I didn't know what was going on with my body.

And I had breast cancer 10 years before that.

And I didn't realize that I had been in chemical menopause and that that had affected a lot of things in my life.

And there was no talk of that at all.
