And one of the things that I'm constantly frustrated about is the tempo, the unnecessary tempo that some of these folks run their contracts.

Yep.

So two comments on the tempo.

Well, one of the reasons why, so it's a great point about the cadre and instructors and stuff like that, but that's because the throughput grew so much, right? Because if you're trying to pump out all of these numbers, you need more cadre or more instructors, but you don't have more.

And so you require them to work longer hours.

So it all goes back.

I mean, I, A lot of this goes back to just the size problem.

And so I think what you're talking about is not so much an either or, but a really finely tailored balance.
