Yeah.

It is definitely a goal, and something that I hold dear.That my teaching would be available to a diverse student body, and there's a number of ways of working at diversity in a studio, but certainly the financial accessibility is a piece that I've really puzzled with.

And I know we talked about that last year, Andrea, and I've also done some trainings with some other people who have found different ways of working at the access question.

So some different models could include budgeting in the ability to offer some discounts to students, so keeping your rates for most students high enough that you're able to offer a discount to some students.

But we've talked about other strategies, like small group lessons or classes or partner lessons, and I've just accepted that that's not the kind of teaching that I wanna do.
