There's both very personal, like you'd mentioned the appearance part of it, personal appearance aspects to it, as well as just the way of leadership in the way we're interacting.

So that has to do with our appearance, like the way we're interacting, the way we're behaving with other people as we go about doing our work.

My thoughts on the appearance aspect for it, you know, it's funny because only a couple of years ago, six years into my entrepreneurship journey, I struggled with the decision of getting a nose ring.

I'm like, is this professional? You know, and...

It was interesting because I'd been healing.
