Why don't you start us off by telling us about your own background in the industry and what it was like growing up in your family?

Okay.

As a child, I was still part of the factory because my mom, of course, spent a lot of time in there since she had to restructure everything after we got the factory back from the state.

From the communism time, my grandfather had to do all the privatization, which took him eight years, and then my mom had to do all the restructuring.

So for me as a child, it wasn't a very nice idea joining the factory one day, I must say.

But when I was older, I could see that the piano business is very nice.

The people in the music industry, they are very open.

What are some other areas of innovation, development, or management that you're eager to prioritize or bring about in the coming years? Any other ideas or hopes or dreams?
