There's tax changes that are hitting landlords, specifically landlords.

There's extra taxes, and it k- and it just keeps coming over the last, c- certainly since I've been doing it 15 years.

There's additional taxes, then there's Making Tax Digital, then there's the Renters' Right Act, then there's EPC regulations.

So it's this kind of snowball effect, and people, what I'm seeing, particularly through my social media contents, is that landlords are very unhappy with the complete, like, with landlords feeling like they're being targeted.

So what you're doing right now, divesting things in the south, buying in the north, that's gonna be a big thing for you to factor in.
