Why do you think that it is that we think somehow we could get an output without an input? What goes through your mind when you think about that?

Well, part of it is they know somebody that's a real estate agent that's done really well.

And they see them at all kinds of social events.

So it doesn't look hard.

They're able to do all the things that that person that's watching them can do.

They also, many of the agents that are out there right now haven't ever bought or sold a house, right? So they don't have necessarily that experience under their belt, right? So that makes it a little bit harder for them to learn the kinds of conversations that we need to have, right? So I think part of it is a maturity, whether or not they've bought a house.

And part of it is because They see people that they think aren't working that hard, but we really are.
