I mean, I remember my mom brought me to a workshop when I was in fifth grade.

It was called, I don't know if they still do them anymore, but it was something called, like, Dot Girl.

And, I mean, it was great in concept, where, you know, you have, um, moms and daughters come in, and you have an educator kind of just teaching young girls about their period and how to prepare and what products you should have.

Um, and so I think, you know, there was always somewhat of an open conversation with my mom in particular.

I, I never spoke with my dad or really anyone else in, in my family.
