I sometimes look and think, what's the message and who's the message for?

That's why I always say know your why.

If you can articulate your why, then that's absolutely fine.

For me, it was always to change the way all health care is delivered to the public and improve access to dental services.

I understand the reality that the fear of pain and lack of control are two of the biggest barriers.

So my offering and service works.

to minimize it eliminate it and that is my problem solution and that is what I've always led with it is my company mission statement and that is you know my purpose it all sort of stemmed from the Simon Sinek golden circle yeah love and I always teach that when people say I don't know what I want to do I don't know what's next for me I say right sit down and do this start with your why yeah then you're what and then you're how yeah and sort of reverse engineer your offering and once i was able to articulate that i could drop it every time i met someone 30 seconds it was my elevator pitch my problem my solution my offering and that was it and i i can recite it off the top of my head anywhere i go now and i think everyone will have a certain passion or direction they want to go in or a reason why they're working in the way they're working And actually now I think I'm at a stage where I'm ready to rewrite my golden circle for my next sort of chapter in evolution.
