Yeah, I think like you say, there's burdens that come in at the beginning to get them onto the pathway.

And then from my side, I see more kind of what's then when they're already referred and they're into either a symptomatic or a screening pathway, that actually there's also then a capacity issue even once they're in the system.

If you think about the demand for breast imaging, again, we've got a genuine radiologist and radiographer shortage there.

And so when that capacity is stretched, the waiting times grow further as well.
