Iain BeardsellHOST
So from some of your experience over the last six years, what would you say would be your top tips to anybody who's in a leadership position, particularly in prehospital care?

Anna DobbieGUEST
Gosh, that's a question, isn't it? I think the key thing is to recognize that in a leadership position in prehospital care, you are immensely privileged to be leading the most incredible group of consultants.

Anna DobbieGUEST
They are some of the leading prehospital care consultants in the world, and I can't quite believe that I work amongst them.

Anna DobbieGUEST
[laughs] And I think each person brings particular skills to the table, and it's about finding the skills that each of those individuals bring and optimizing them to be able to deliver those skills.

Anna DobbieGUEST
