Well, my name is Anna, and I work as the chief sustainability officer at Vasakronan.

And, uh, Vasakronan is a Swedish-based real estate company owned by three stately controlled pension funds in Sweden, the APs.

And, uh, our sustainable strategy for the company was formed many years ago, almost 20 years ago, and, uh, and please notice that I don't say sustainability strategy, but the... because what we want to achieve is a s- sustainable strategy-

And the other reason is that being owned by the APs is of course, I mean, the sole intent from their side to invest in Vasakronan is to get a higher return on, on office real estate investment in, in the Nordics.
