Can you tell us what are some of the most important operational changes that are actually underway at the World Bank to respond to these concerns, a- and where perhaps you still see the greatest structural constraints to improving delivery?

Yeah, no, great, great question, and, and as I get into that, just to say speed will, will ma- will, uh, remain our number one priority because we have a saying, which is development delayed is development denied.

We just cannot have populations around the world waiting, you know, seven, eight, 10 years for, um, a development solution that they needed, like, yesterday.

And I wanted to just point out, uh, this, this issue, uh, that Annalise raised, which is sometimes the issues are also on the client side.

So while we are getting faster on, uh, the preparation, we've also seen that we now need to work on what happens after a project is approved by our board.

It can take a very long time for ratification by parliament.

It can take a long time to get the implementation going, the disbursements going, so that the projects get implemented.

So my two priorities are, you know, more, uh, you know, client office and more relations with the government officials in the client countries, uh, and second, how you, uh, uh, how we strengthen the cooperation, uh, and actually that dialogue among the different, uh, development banks.
