Can you walk us through your journey into it?

Yeah, actually, indeed, when I joined Azelis, I was one of the few with n- a non-chemical background.

I'm, uh, an industrial engineer, and I started also working as an engineer in automotive and consumer goods.

Then I did an MBA, and I moved into strategy consultancy, and that gave me a much broader strategic perspective on business than I had from my engineering times.

I was actually working in many different industries, and that's also how I got into the chemical industries.

But I, I really liked consulting because it gives you, as I said, broad perspective.

It gives you a high level, um, expertise and experience.
