Anna BarnhillGUEST
Yeah, and that's such an important question, because In every interaction that I have, this question surfaces.

Anna BarnhillGUEST
Because what is happening, the foundational layer of our architecture is beliefs, our belief system.

Anna BarnhillGUEST
Yeah, when I think about AI, I see AI as the biggest transformation of our lifetime.

Anna BarnhillGUEST
Because when we look at the internet and any prior technology, it will require us to learn new tools.

Anna BarnhillGUEST
So if you think about a leadership advantage, right, what would we need to do in order to be successful? And it would all be related to access to information, knowing something, analysis, being expert in certain field.

And why don't you just talk about that a little bit and what you mean by that?

Anna BarnhillGUEST
When we were individual contributors, we were responsible for inputs and outputs, so we were actually in control of the process, of the destiny, in a way, on a smaller scale, of course.

Anna BarnhillGUEST
And what happens when we step into people leadership role, oftentimes leaders hold on onto that screensaver, onto that belief, and what can happen- When there's pressure, when there are deadlines, the urge would be to actually step in and do the work themselves.

Anna BarnhillGUEST
So that need to be in control of all the inputs and outputs, which is actually impossible when you're in people leadership role, and then we add a layer of AI, and now AI is making everything faster, more uncertain.

Anna BarnhillGUEST
And if you as one individual trying to control all the outputs, well, first, you'll suffocate your team and disable them from any ability to think for themselves, and you also... you will burn yourself out.

Anna BarnhillGUEST
So in that case, instead of focusing on controlling everything, stepping back and start creating system and orchestrating system within which their people can make decisions, maybe within which now we have AI agents, uh, being responsible for certain, like, automated, boring, mind-numbing tasks.
