But for someone who's sitting out there wondering, what does it actually look like to have that vision?

Yeah, so it's thinking about what success looks like for your family 10 years out.

And for our family, what was important was time freedom because my husband grew up in a family business that was in the retail space.

They worked 363 days a year.

They had Thanksgiving and Christmas off.

And so for him, time freedom was something that was really important for me too.

And and so we knew that we wanted something for our family decade dream that would really imply time freedom.

And do you communicate and share this with the kids? Is there a certain age when they can also become part of this and they should be aware of it? Or do you just model the behaviors and values and they kind of come along for the ride?
