So I've obviously given a bit of an introduction, but it'd be really helpful to share a little bit more about your story, how you've ended up where you are today.

Several ways I've ended up where we are today, or I am today.

I can't remember really a life when I didn't feel some sort of ache or pain or discomfort.

It was put down to the fact I had poor eyesight, so I was constantly... quite accident prone as a toddler.

Then after that I was quite sporty and competitively did athletics and swimming and rode horses.

So I was constantly having pulled muscles, torn ligaments and also what comes from being thrown from a horse, particularly over a jump and a melee of poles and whatever being put on you.
