How do you say that word? But how to deal with what they've been faced with.
6:41
Osteoporosis, um, bone health is huge in my club.
6:46
Um, how to be able to move with functional training.
6:51
How are they going to deal with mental wellness if they lose a spouse or a family member- member? How are they dealing with something that's causing pain? I feel as though we're just on the cusp.

And I've been an active aging specialist for a long time, and I've been basically teaching the basics of how the active ager moves.

And how are you cultivating them?
14:31
I am a believer in choreography for some programs, but I'm just as much a believer in timed intervals and recovery programs for people that had joint replacements or aging athletes.
14:42
So I think those unique programs are important.
14:44
But you said the word and that's confidence, whether it be the instructor or the newbie through the door.
14:49

15:01
If I said, what are you fearful of? What's keeping you? And I've told that story about the people staying in the parking lot for three weeks, coming every day after work for three weeks and never walking in the door because of the fears, fear of seeing themselves, fear of not understanding the movement.

16 MINS LATER

31:38
And Anne, what do you do to help motivate your clients to keep coming, to retain them, to help them see results? What are some of the little tricks of the trade that you use?
