I mean, it's always an honor and a privilege to be here and to have conversations with you and to impart that knowledge.

Ann FellmanGUEST
Yeah, I mean, I don't love to talk about myself that much, but I've been in this role at Bloomerang for five years.

Ann FellmanGUEST
But when I'm, you know, kind of holistically at Bloomerang, one of the things that's so important is creating great content and resources for the sector, not just for clients, but overall, how do we help nonprofits Get, you know, raise more, get a little bit better, get a little stronger, help them solve challenges that they might be facing.

Ann FellmanGUEST
No matter what, you know, what technologies they're using, how big or how small their staff is, whatever it might be, it's about helping them.

How do we build a campaign if we're looking at this donor experience? should it be different or is it something to start, you know, now or towards the first of the year? I feel like the clock is ticking for so many people and I'm wondering kind of like, where do we start this, this campaign thing? And is there a start of a campaign season outside of the giving season as well?

Ann FellmanGUEST
burnout isn't from caring too much, right? I think we need to look at what is going on in the sector.

Ann FellmanGUEST
And there's pressure from I'll call it structural, a structural squeeze on like all sides of an organization.

Ann FellmanGUEST
So there's been a long time talking that we've had staffing, right? Roles go unfilled, there's turnover, right? So there's structurally, there's a staff turnover element, right? So that we're always kind of filling, hiring, you know, hiring, looking for, you know, training people in, that type of thing.

Ann FellmanGUEST
So there's structural from that standpoint, The landscape has certainly changed.
