What has the difference been of this $23 million investment that you've gotten from the state? What are you able to do that you wouldn't otherwise have been able to do?
13:46
Sure.
13:46
I think one of the reasons we got this allocation of $23.75 million in this budget cycle was because of what we were able to demonstrate since that podcast with what we've done with the initial $15 million capitalization of C3 Funds.

And the timing of us setting up operations for the C3 Fund coincided in a way with a lot of disruption in the clean energy sector unleashed by federal government actions, the trade wars, and general high energy prices.
14:14
So we were able to position the C3 Fund as a stabilizing force by creating products and targeting markets that were the most affected by this disruption.
14:27
For instance, we created a bridge loan program that allows Maryland-based developers to mature their projects to a point where they can then get commercial financing.
14:36
We started a line of credit product, which allows, again, to get really affordable financing that helps them grow their businesses.

You're mutual flourishing.
