So talk to me about what your experience is then.

Like I said, I grew up in the US and, um, I grew up dancing, so I grew up as a Bharatanatyam dancer, which is South Indian classical dance as part of the Asian diaspora, the Indian diaspora in the Silicon Valley.

And I went to journalism school for university, um, because I like to write and I like telling stories, and I at that time never really thought that I could be a dancer or an artist as a profession.

It just never even occurred to me.

It wasn't part of the realm of possibilities for somebody growing up in this sort of tech Silicon Valley at the time.

And then I was very fortunate to get some funding to come to Europe.

Britain was still in Europe at the time, but I was in France for a year and then in the UK for two years doing graduate work, specifically in contemporary dance and in migration and diaspora.

What have you seen through all the projects you've worked through of using digital and what digital transformation is and can do for an organization to move through and make use of these things and meet that expectation?
