That was all I was about.

I just wanted to make money.

I was renovating houses at the time.

From a young age, bought my first house when I was 18.

But how do you see that ending? Because the wage is just exploding across.

How do you think about efficiency across the business and how much does that impact your bottom line?

So the efficiencies, we've got some really good tools and systems in the office that we've created ourselves to help with that, like programming, allocating.

using a lot of technology that's out there available now, which is, you know, the AI and that sort of stuff.

We're using that a little bit now, more than we ever have, like a lot of businesses, I'm sure.

But that's helping.

But incentivising the guys on the team, like the supervisors, because oftentimes the management in the office seem to get rewarded more than the guys actually doing the work.

And for me, coming out of the field from the ground up, to the owner of the business and all the way in between, they always get forgotten about.

Where do you feel the most pressure operationally as the business continues to expand right now? Where do you feel the most pressure is right now on an operational standpoint?

But it could be a bit dodgy, couldn't it?

Well, yes and no.

I mean, first of all, I think the polls are of the country, not of Clacton.

It's very, very difficult to do constituency polling.

They haven't come through yet.

I haven't seen any decent constituency polling yet in Clacton ahead of this particular by-election.
