So for the folks who are listening now, and I would have done a little bit of a preview before, but just introduce yourself and a little bit about your journey from Detroit to where you are, what you're doing, why, and we'll go from there.

Okay.

My name is Angela Martorano.

I am the co-founder of a boutique executive search firm focused in natural CPG.

That means that we work with companies that have missions to make products that are better for people in the planet, usually mission-driven organizations, usually startups, and we help them align with incredible talent that takes them to the next level.

My husband and I co-founded the company back in 2010 in Detroit.

I had been working for another recruitment firm.

Can you just talk about just the environment, what it's like to live there, how your lifestyle shifted on a day-to-day basis?
