But then as you transition away, maybe your kids aren't home any longer, or maybe aren't as dependent on you, all of a sudden that idea of maybe being able to do a couple hours work in the evening and maybe the next day not go into the office until 10:00 because you have a doctor's appointment or you're going to get your oil changed, those sorts of things seem to be where you might be able to achieve that integration/balance.
47:03
Absolutely.
47:04
And, and you nailed it.
47:05
I think kids is probably one of the biggest challenges for people trying to work their lives around, um, their work.
47:15
And, you know, when you have younger children in particular, you know, s- uh, frankly, schools don't necessarily make it easy for parents to work full time.
47:25
And so, you know, if you have to do kid pickup at 4:00, well, you need to leave the office at 3:30.
47:32
That, that can't change.

So where do you see this going, Angela [laughs] in terms of the, the future of work? There's so much concern about- Will AI take my job? So does that put pressure on people to maybe accept conditions they wouldn't otherwise accept? Do you see this trend continuing where people are like, "Yeah, I don't li- I, I don't live to work, I work to live," and are prepared to maybe even work for less money in order to achieve that balance?
