What was it for you, the draw, to say, I've got ideas, I want to become an author, I want to share stories? How did you get into this?
3:03
Yeah, that's a great question, because...
3:06
I feel like my journey, and maybe it's not backwards, it felt backwards to me, but from an early age, I wanted to be an author.
3:14
I was encouraged by different teachers that you're really good in writing, you should write.
3:21
Early on when I was in grade school, and I remember feeling like I could put out good content, but not feeling like I had something I was passionate enough to write about.
3:31
So it's kind of, I was at odds with that.
3:33
Yes, I'd love to do that, but I don't know what... story to tie to that talent and i would do a lot of writing in high school a lot of that coming to terms with life poetry and journal entries that was deep but you know just sorting out my own life and then kind of set that on the shelf i had kids at an early age and got busy with life and didn't write for probably a couple decades other than you know work type stuff and And when I started going through divorce and kind of reinventing life, I had been doing some more writing, been a little bit blogging and stuff online.

What's out there for readers? What can we fall in love with from you as an author? Is there a starting point? Where do we begin with you? Sure, so

And why are we so disconnected? Yeah.
14:25
And, you know, I know that there's it's harder.
14:29
It's been harder for guys to open up and talk about emotions and support and and what's.
14:35
You know, that's bad enough individually as it is from being able to have your own mental health worked on and developed.
14:41
But you look at how that expands into society.
14:45
And if you look at the number of resources, for example, for women getting out of relationships or especially abusive relationships.
14:56
Compared to the amount of resources for men getting out of very abusive relationships.

You know, when you look back at stuff, is there anything you might have changed, your approach, how you communicated with your kids? Oh,
