I think one is talk to your industry colleagues about what they've learned from their mistakes in the past.

AI is not the first wave of technology.

We had mobile, internet, fast and other ones.

And what did we do wrong? Often we just took this technology and tried to paste it onto the old processes.

So I would say learn from the mistakes, learn about this new technology and its potential.

Based on what you've seen, what separates the ones that do it really well that end up at a higher level of capability from the ones that actually end up in the same spot, maybe even worse?
