What do you think was probably one of the most pivotal, um, lessons that you learned during your childhood that helps you in what you do today?

Andy RashGUEST
I, you know, I, I tell as many young people as I can that might be going through, you know, tough times or, uh, maybe the card was dealt, uh, w- not the way that they anticipated, but that doesn't have to define you, right? Um, you know, sometimes we are, um, you know, given a situation, uh, not that we created, but we're given a situation, and it's what you do with it.

Andy RashGUEST
Um, I think that's one thing at a young age that, uh, you know, I was able to, to say, "Hey, you know, this might be the cards dealt, but there's people that care about me.

Andy RashGUEST
Uh, what is gonna be my next chapter?" And then throughout the end of the book when it comes to your life, it's just a small piece, uh, of, of your life that, that doesn't have to necessarily determine, you know, the outcome.

Jennifer ShikeHOST
How did that, how did that change come to, you know, experience more joy than ever before in seeing others succeed? And I, I think that's a really cool sign of growth, but why do you think that's also so important as a leader today, too?
