You need to take risks in order to grow personally with your approach as a CFO.To risk

Andy MolyneauxGUEST
There's a huge misconception around risk in society as a whole, and that is often people are surprised when even, even the tiniest amount of downside risk crystallizes.

Andy MolyneauxGUEST
You know, you say there's a 5% chance that something's gonna go wrong, and then it goes wrong, there's a big, you know, reaction to that.

Andy MolyneauxGUEST
It is statistically likely at some point that thing is going to go wrong because there is a risk of it going wrong, and I think a lot of that is due to what I would say is information asymmetry, right? A lot of people are a bit too proud to ask, "What happens if this thing goes wrong, and what are the contributing factors to this thing going wrong?" Because people can be a bit snobby about assuming that everybody already knows everything in the room, and that's what a career in professional services is really good at, is th- you know, they always say there's no such thing as a stupid question, and, you know, i- in your training everyone sort of giggles.

Andy MolyneauxGUEST
But I probably took that a little bit too, uh, literally, and would just ask about everything.
7 MINS LATER

David McClellandHOST
What do you see as, as next? What's the next sort of milestone for you there? What do you hope to achieve by the end of this year or m- or maybe this time next year, 12, 12, 18 months or so?
