So Andy Milne, as you can tell from the accent, I'm not from America, originally from London, England.

As a student, I went to a very academic school and I wasn't the most academic.

I was very average, but I was celebrated for my athletic performance.

And it was that that pushed me to become the first member of my family to go on to higher education.
