Kind of give us a little bit about the back story on the Civic Speed.
1:11
Yeah, we had an opportunity to host a regional national civics be here in West Michigan.
1:16
It's organized by the U.S. Chamber Foundation.
1:19
And it's a great way to get our middle school students in the region thinking about civics.
1:24
And when I think of civics, it's just a nerdy way of saying how we work together to solve problems in our communities.
1:30
So students from across the region, including these two communities.
1:34
with us today, submitted essays of things they wanted to change in their community or improve.

Okay, so we have you two, and what is the next step here, Andy Johnson?
4:16
amen and so let's start off there uh how what was your life like before you went singapore what did you want to be with you when you grew up did you start off playing golf or you had a long career in golf and how did you make your way to to singapore which is still a rather unusual place for for anybody to end up but especially a golf pro
4:37
Yeah, it really is.
4:38
My father was an avid golfer.
4:42
And he played out of the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs and played in a lot of big events there.
4:48
And, you know, I found myself following his shadow a lot and at the club.
4:54
And really oddly, my grandfather was one of the executive chefs at the club while we were growing up.
5:00
So it kind of became a little bit of a second home for me.

If you want to just talk a little bit about your culture and some of the awards you won, and what motivates you to do things in a different way at Sentosa?
