But then how do you actually like change the view or the belief or the, you know?
40:18
Yeah, I've got two thoughts on this.
40:21
The first is like kind of a metaphorical principle of like viewing the body as a tuning fork.
40:29
It will fall into resonance in whatever environment you put it in.
40:32
So you can take the sweetest old lady, that grandma that everyone loves, and then you throw her into LA traffic for five years and she'll probably develop a temper.
40:43
And so the programming, like I really took that to heart of like, how do I put my tuning fork into different environments where my body will become attuned to that environment? So it was like, all right, step one, I'm leaving Silicon Valley, just getting the hell out of here, then leaving my work.

And then I went straight back to a small farming community close to where I grew up, where no one cared about tech.

And so what's your thoughts on like financial practicalities and working through relationships with money?
26:07
How does this apply to you, to your memories and your imagination and how that manifested your mental illness?
26:15
Yeah, just to dive into that statement a little more.
26:20
I remember in elementary school, when there was a discussion around history or anthropology or biology, that the statement was always made that it was the opposable thumb that made humans this unique creature relative to anything else on the planet.
26:37
I bought into it at the time, like most kids do.
26:39
I thought, okay, yeah, that makes sense.
26:41
We have an opposable thumb.
26:42
We could use tools.
