And those were good paying jobs.

And the legislature decided to bake into the Constitution a proposal to bring those businesses to Oklahoma.

And they basically said, we are going to spend local tax dollars as an incentive.

So they said for five years, when a new business, a new manufacturing concern comes to Oklahoma, we're going to waive their property taxes.

The problem was property taxes are not state taxes, they're local taxes.

But, you know, and your concerns with it.
