How important is that to them as well?

Yeah.

So obviously we get a lot of feedback from buyers.

Right.

And the best feedback we get is, yes, we want to move forward to buy this house.

But what we're hearing when people are coming in and we're talking to buyers and and their realtors is they're really focused on that affordability.

A lot of really just consumers in general.
