How difficult was it to secure this particular permit and does this remove one of the biggest regulatory hurdles facing the project?
6:29
Yeah, so it's been a busy couple of weeks for us in terms of news flow and sort of major milestones, which are catalysts towards us being able to take our final investment decision and begin the construction phase of the project.

Most recently, on Friday, we announced the granting of the mining permit, which authorises us to operate the dredge on the beach to recover the tails off the beach.

off the beach surface there, treat them and redeposit the clean sands back on the beach.

So part of what we're doing here is obviously producing the commercial metals for sale, but also detoxifying what is currently a restricted beach such that on completion of our processing operations, we do expect to return that back to the municipality in a state suitable for recreational use once again.
7:11
So it's a key permit for us, given that the mining method obviously involves that dredge, taking those materials off the beach.
7:17
And the business plan involves reprocessing, sorry, redepositing the clean tails to reform the beach after we've obviously recovered the metals and reduced the heavy metals and specifically arsenic in those return sands.

What is the mine or the tailings length that you're hoping to achieve? including taking the stuff from from the sea as well as not the beach not
